How to book:
You'll need to send a booking amount which is 20% of the total amount in advance to get a booking confirmed. The balance amount will need to be given on arrival (when you check in and sign the register; when we hand over the keys of the apartment to you) and not when you check out. You can send the booking amount to our bank account using NEFT or IMPS.

Please call us up to get our bank account number sent to you via a sms or an email so you can send 20% to get a booking confirmed.

Once we receive the booking amount, we will send a booking confirmation message to you via a sms or an email.

A booking will not be confirmed if money isn't sent in advance. If you don't want to send money in advance, you can call us up when you reach Goa to find out if an apartment is still available and then come.

For a booking of 5 nights or more, 50% of the total amount will have to be sent in advance.

Travel agents and wedding groups have to send the full amount in advance to get a booking confirmed. This amount is not refundable under any circumstances even if there is a cancellation soon after sending it.

The price may go up on a long weekend. An advance booking won't be affected by a price raise because of a long weekend.

This is a small property with just two 2BHK serviced apartments, therefore, regretfully, if there is a cancelation under any circumstances (like sickness, loss of a loved one, accidents, natural disasters, train, bus or flight cancelation, vehicle breakdown etc.) after sending the advance (soon after sending the advance amount or later) we will not be able to give a refund. And no future holiday will be offered. You can come again on a holiday, but you'll have to send an advance amount again.

A xerox copy of an election card, a diving license, an Aadhaar card or a passport (or a college ID card if you're still in college) of all members of your group or adult members of your family will need to be given when you check in.
