How to book:
You'll need to send a booking amount which is equal to a day's rent in advance to get a booking confirmed if your booking is for 3 nights or less. The balance amount will need to be given on arrival (when you check in and sign the register; when we hand over the keys of the apartment to you) and not when you check out. You can send the booking amount to our bank account using NEFT or IMPS.
For a stay of more than 3 nights, you'll need to send 50% of the total amount in advance.
Please call us up to get our bank account number sent to you via a sms or an email so you can send a day's rent to get a booking confirmed.
Once we receive the booking amount, we will send a booking confirmation message via a sms or an email.
A booking will not be confirmed if money isn't sent in advance. If you don't want to send money in advance, you can call us up when you reach Goa to find out if an apartment is available and then come.
Travel agents and wedding groups have to send the full amount in advance to get a booking confirmed. This amount is not refundable under any circumstances even if there is a cancellation soon after sending it.
The price may go up on a long weekend. An advance booking won't be affected by a price raise because of a long weekend.
Refunds:
This is a small property with just two 2BHK serviced apartments, therefore, regretfully, if there is a cancelation under any circumstances (like sickness, loss of a loved one, accidents, natural disasters, train, bus or flight cancelation, vehicle breakdown etc.) after sending the advance (soon after sending the advance amount or later) we will not be able to give a refund. And no future holiday will be offered. You can come again on a holiday, but you'll have to send an advance amount again.

A xerox copy of an election card, a diving license, an Aadhaar card or a passport (or a college ID card if you're still in college) of all members of your group or adult members of your family will need to be given when you check in.

How to get here:
* From Dabolim airport - Take a taxi
* From Madgaon Railway Station - Take a taxi or a 3 or 6 seater auto rickshaw (tuk tuk)
A government prepaid taxi booth and an auto stand are located just outside the Southern entrance of the railway station near Platform 1.
Tell the drivers that you need to be dropped in front of Maria Hall in Benaulim. Maria Hall (a wedding hall for over 40 years) is a famous landmark in the whole of South Goa. Our building is opposite it.
* From Madgaon Kadamba Bus Depot - Take a taxi, auto rickshaw (tuk tuk) or board a local bus
From the Madgaon Kadamba Bus Depot, you can sit in a bus going either to Cavelossim beach or to Colva beach (There are buses running to Cavelossim or Colva every 15 mins) and get down at Maria Hall. The fare is just Rs.10 per person.
* If you're driving - Come straight to Madgaon town and ask for the road to Maria Hall in Benaulim. GPS users can type "Ashirwaad Holiday Apartments, Benaulim," and you'll end up right at our door step. Our property is there on Google Maps.
